This one to two-day workshop is a deep dive into your purpose. Attendees participate in interactive exercises where they discuss core values and goal-setting, challenge assumptions, and learn to translate military experiences into civilian-speak.
201 is typically presented in conjunction with 101 and often in collaboration with trusted partners
