appointments including Aide-De-Camp to the General Officer Commanding.

He is the Chairman & CEO of ExpertQuote Insurance Services, a premier corporate employee’s benefits company located in Silicon Valley. The Company’s clientele includes well-known technology companies, sports teams, banks, auto dealerships and several other businesses. ExpertQuote is also a niche player in
providing life insurance solutions for family, legacy and estate planning exclusively to high-net-worth individuals, with clientele across the globe.
Captain, as he is fondly called, has been an ardent supporter of the California Highway Patrol 11-99 Foundation for over 2 decades, and The Donovan & Bank Foundation since before it was incorporated.
He sits on the boards of several companies including Legacy Resources Group, Two.io, Veling a global premiere aircraft leasing enterprise, and Rhombus Power involved in AI addressing Big Data and sensing problems in security, energy and healthcare.

He is also a founding member of Heritage Ventures, a private equity acquisitions firm, whose portfolio turnaround companies includes the popular Mexican Restaurant Chain Unamas. He was on the Board of the US State Department’s Food Expo that was held in Milan in 2015. In addition, he is the founder of Intrust Management, which provides high end security solutions in India and several countries in Asia.
